ARIZONA RANGERS ENLISTMENT

Are you interested in finding out how to join the Arizona Rangers?

The present day Arizona Rangers are an unpaid, all volunteer, law enforcement support and assistance civilian auxilary in this State. The Arizona Rangers also provide youth and community services support and preserve the tradition, honor and history of the 1901-1909 Arizona Rangers. The Arizona Rangers, past and present are a most valuable and importat part of the historical heritage of dedicated, unselfish and honorable service to this state and the citizens of this state.

The individuals who join the Arizona Rangers receive no monetary compensations for their service. We provide our own uniforms, weapons and transportation to duty locations anywhere in the State.

The following summarizes the requirements for enlistment in the Arizona Rangers. Requirements beyond those indicated below will be identified during the recruitment and probationary periods.

• Be at least 21 years of age with no criminal history
• Reside in Arizona for at least six (6) months of the calendar year
• Sincerely subscribe to the aims and objectives of the Arizona Rangers
• Be cleared for voting eligibility by completing the prescribed screening process
• Satisfactory completion of the probationary period
• Be accepted by a majority vote of the eligible Rangers in the company being joined
